Cover and feature with Stoya for cult French mag Les Inrockuptibles
Fresh out: my latest story for Les Inrockuptibles, the French cultural institution that’s been mixing politics, art, sex, and sound since the ’80s. Think Rolling Stone in its prime, if it had taken to the streets of Paris in ’68 and kept the fire. I shot an eight-page story for them with Stoya, and landed the cover.
The images are one thing — spare, clear, unsentimental — and if they catch your attention, the interview goes even harder. Stoya is exactly what you’d expect from her, which is to say: more honest than most people are willing to be, and smarter than many interviewers are ready for. If you read French, get the issue.
